Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us via our contact form or email within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the product within the next 14 days. The item may be handled to assess its nature and functionality, but it must not be damaged or excessively used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or defective upon arrival.
Order Cancellation
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, making cancellation no longer possible. Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items that show signs of use, damage from misuse, or wear will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns or returns sent outside the approved timeframe may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Please note that any foreign currency exchange fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged product (excluding minor box damage), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage when contacting us.
Once reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order on time but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the courier confirms delivery.

All products should be used as instructed. Rodammy is not liable for any injuries, damage, or malfunction caused by misuse or failure to follow usage guidelines. If you experience discomfort or an adverse reaction while using a product, stop use immediately and contact us for support.
